Terms of Use

These Terms of Use apply to logodesignelpaso.com and to the design services offered through it. The website and services are provided by Logo In Hours LLC (“we,” “us” or “our”). By visiting this website, contacting us or ordering a design, you (“you” or “the client”) agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Orders and Payment

• No upfront charge. We begin work without a deposit. Payment is due once you approve the final design.
• Payment methods. We accept Zelle, Cash App, PayPal and bank deposit.
• Delivery. Approved logos are delivered by email in standard formats such as JPG, PNG, PDF, AI, EPS and PSD.

2. Revisions and Refunds

We revise designs based on your feedback until you approve a final version. Because you pay only after approving the design, refunds are not available once final files have been delivered.

3. Ownership and Use of Artwork

Once your design is approved and paid for, you may use the final logo for your business. We may display the finished artwork in our portfolio and marketing materials unless you ask us not to.

4. Copyright, Trademarks and Your Responsibilities

• Name research. Before ordering, you are responsible for confirming that your business name is available and not already protected by someone else. We do not perform trademark searches.
• Protecting your logo. You are responsible for registering copyright or trademark protection for your logo if you want it. We are designers, not a law firm, and we recommend consulting an attorney for legal filings.
• Your source material. If you provide images, sketches, fonts or ideas for us to use, you confirm that you have the right to use them. We are not responsible for material you supply that belongs to someone else.
• Similar designs. We aim to create unique, memorable work. Because designs change based on client feedback, a final logo could unintentionally resemble another mark. If that happens, we will help you revise it at a discounted rate.
• Redesign for registration. If a copyright or trademark application requires changes to your logo, we will provide redesign support at 25% of our regular rate.

5. Copyright Concerns

We take copyright seriously. If you believe any image or logo we created infringes your rights, contact us right away at info@logoinhours.com and (832) 736-7335. We will promptly remove the design from our portfolio and work with the affected client, including a refund where appropriate. Clients should avoid asking us to copy or closely imitate copyrighted images.

6. Client-Supplied Content and Websites

You are responsible for any content, images, data or access you share with us, including anything related to your website. We are not responsible for loss, leaks or damage involving your own systems or content, or for third-party content you ask us to use. You are responsible for obtaining licenses for any stock images, fonts or templates you choose, including those for brochures, T-shirts or other materials.

7. Confidentiality and Security

We do not sell, share or rent your personal information. Our designers sign confidentiality agreements before working with us. We use reasonable safeguards, but we cannot be responsible for events caused by unauthorized access beyond our control.

8. Communications

We may contact you by phone, text message, email or social media about your project and, occasionally, about new services or offers. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time.

9. Use by Minors

Our website and services are intended for business use and are not directed to anyone under 18.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Logo In Hours LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, designers, agents and partners from any claims, liabilities and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising from your violation of these terms or your use of material you supplied.

11. Limitation of Liability

Our services and this website are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, our designs or any legal matters related to your business name or logo.

12. Governing Law

Logo In Hours LLC is a Texas-registered company. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect seven days after we post them on this page or notify you by email, whichever comes first. If you do not agree with an update, please stop using our services and let us know.
