Logo In Hours LLC is based in Houston, Texas, and serves clients in different cities through dedicated local websites like this one. We work through virtual offices and do not operate a walk-in storefront. Consultations, design reviews and revisions are handled by phone, text and email.
We always aim to create unique, memorable designs based on each client’s vision. Because clients often request changes before approving a final design, the finished logo could end up resembling another mark without our knowledge. If that happens, clients may take advantage of a discounted rate to revise the design.
We are a logo and graphic design company, not a law firm. Nothing on this website is legal advice. Clients should research the availability of their business name before ordering and consult an attorney for copyright, trademark or service mark filings. We are not responsible for legal issues arising from a client’s business name or logo if it has not been properly researched or protected.
Clients are responsible for confirming they have the right to use any images, sketches, logos, fonts or ideas they provide to us. We are not responsible if a client supplies copyrighted material, images taken from the internet without permission or inaccurate information about their business or qualifications.
Where a project involves a client’s website or data, we are responsible only for the design work we deliver. We make no warranty regarding the security of a client’s website or data, errors on the website or its transmission, and we are not liable for damage to a client’s website during or after a project. Specific responsibilities may be set out in a separate agreement for that project.
Our website and services are provided without warranties of any kind, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent allowed by law.
Clients agree to indemnify and release Logo In Hours LLC and its employees from claims arising from the client’s own violations, content or disputes with third parties, and to follow the terms associated with their project.
