The problem
Most logos floating around on phones and websites are raster images, like JPGs and PNGs. They’re made of tiny colored squares called pixels. That’s fine for a small web graphic, but stretch one onto a banner or a truck wrap and those squares turn into fuzzy, jagged edges.
A vector file is different. It’s built from mathematical points and curves, so it can be resized infinitely and always stays crisp. It also lets sign makers cut vinyl, lets embroiderers plan stitches and lets screen printers separate colors. That’s why every serious vendor asks for one.

Our method
Automatic tracing tools, including newer AI-powered ones, are great at getting the rough shape of a logo quickly. On their own, though, they tend to produce wobbly curves, lumpy letters and hundreds of unnecessary anchor points that cause headaches at the print shop.
We use AI tools to speed up the first pass, then a designer rebuilds and cleans every curve by hand in Adobe Illustrator. Text is reset in the matching font or carefully redrawn when the font can’t be identified. Colors are matched and saved with proper CMYK, RGB and Pantone-friendly values. The result looks identical to your logo at a glance, only sharper.
